North London Group Therapy

Long-term Psychotherapy Groups

with Stuart Stevenson

I am an experienced psychotherapist and group analyst having worked in the NHS and private practice for over 15 years.

A psychotherapy group is a very cost-effective regular space to work on issues and concerns in your life with other people. The group meets at the same time each week and we encourage a stable membership. The group can help you with a range of life issues from family and relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, sexual problems, low self-esteem and a history of trauma and abuse. Psychotherapy groups offer a safe space that can support and challenge in a safe environment.

Groups I offer:

Mondays 7.15 to 8.45 pm Face-to-face Group at NLGT

Tuesdays 8.00 to 9.30 am Face-to-face Group at NLGT

Wednesdays 5 pm Online Group for People of Colour

In the first instance, I offer two individual assessment sessions to help you think through if this would be right for you and if you would fit into the group.

Please contact me to arrange an assessment session or you are welcome to call (07946321451) or email with any specific questions.
