Wednesday Therapy Group for Counsellors and Psychotherapists

In January of 2027, Sally Bild will begin a long-term group-analytic therapy group for psychotherapists and counsellors.

It will take place on Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 8.30pm. It will provide a confidential space for therapists to explore themselves in relation to others. Whilst your professional lives will inevitably find their way into the group, an equally important focus is on your personal experience: relationships, emotional life, recurring patterns, and the unconscious processes that shape who we are.

Through the developing life of the group, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and of the ways in which you relate to others, both inside and outside the consulting room. This is a chance to pay attention, not only to what is spoken about, but also to what emerges between you and the other members in the here and now.

Although you may find that the experience enriches your clinical work, this is not a supervision or case discussion group. It is a therapy group that offers the possibility of greater self-awareness, emotional freedom and more satisfying relationships.

The group is open to qualified therapists and counsellors, and to trainees in the later stages of training. Membership follows an individual consultation, and the group is intended as a long-term, open-ended commitment.
