How I Work

I offer Counselling/Psychotherapy and Supervision and I am experienced in working with women, men, children/young people, adults, couples and families of all ages, ethnicity, backgrounds, and sexuality, who bring a range of issues, questions and concerns.

Whether you are thinking of coming to therapy at a time of crisis, or to understand more fully what is happening in your life, talking with a therapist can be very helpful. I will provide a safe and confidential space and support you to explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that may affect the way you think about and relate to yourself and others.
