Individual psychotherapy – £70 per session | Adoption support – £95 per hour 

How I Work

I trained as an Integrative Arts psychotherapist, which is a powerful way of facilitating self-healing through the use of metaphor and the imagination. I offer psychotherapy to individuals, as well as adoption support, supervision and training.

I have worked for many years with severely traumatised children and their families in the field of adoption and fostering and have a particular interest in body orientated therapies including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mentalisation and Mindfulness approaches. I also facilitate dialogues around race and culture as it relates to the body within organisations and in psychotherapy trainings.
 

Main areas of work

Relationship issues, intimacy issues, childhood sexual abuse, depression, parenting issues, adoption support to parents and families, issues of oppression, emotional growth and development.
