How I Work

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and offer one-to-one therapy for adults.

Therapy can offer a space for insight, understanding, growth and change. I offer a safe, confidential place to share what is immensely difficult, but also hold space to involve humour, laughter and play in my work too. This can be an important part of coming to terms with hardships and loss, and of healing.

Integrative means that I am trained in many different styles of psychotherapy and don’t believe in a single way of doing things. I believe in working relationally, which means the relationship between us can be an important tool in supporting you to understand the other relationships in your life.
 

Training / Qualifications

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre and have experience of working with: anxiety, depression, childhood sexual abuse, identity, relationships, trauma and issues of diversity and difference.
