Something I Noticed is an experiential exercise where participants are asked to tell a story of something they have noticed while drawing pictures of it on a whiteboard. The group is then invited to speak about what they notice in what has been portrayed. This workshop will be of interest to counsellors, psychotherapists and all others who value the richness of the psychodynamic experiential approach and wish to learn more. It is open to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, those currently in training and all those interested in exploring what lies beneath.
About the organiser: Helena Michaelson, MBACP (Accred.) is a psychotherapist in private practice and a seminar leader and tutor at the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She trained in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck (MSc), and has an MA in Creative and Life Writing at Goldsmiths, and an MA (Cantab) in English Literature from Cambridge.
