Therapy Therapy

An ongoing therapy group for counsellors and therapists with Tim Foskett 

(The group is currently full, though I do operate a waiting list for this group)

Therapy Therapy is for up to 8 counsellors, therapists and other professionals working therapeutically with clients.

The group meets at North London Group Therapy and is intended for long-term personal therapy work, with a minimum commitment of one year.

We meet on 9 Fridays and one weekend each year from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm.  The group is open to people of all genders and sexualities.

Tim Foskett says: "We offer our clients a precious space and I think it’s of great value to have access to such a space ourselves. I have great faith in the power of a therapeutic group coupled with an individual’s will to grow.  The quality of my own life has been truly enhanced by participating in therapeutic groups.  I work with compassion, empathy, humour and challenge, and draw on a wide body of psychological theory including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred and Formative (Body) Psychology."
