How I Work

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor which means that I am trained to draw from a wide range of theories and methods, depending on what works best for you. It is important for me to tailor my approach to your individual needs so that I can meet you where you are and from there on to begin a healing journey at your own pace.

I offer a confidential, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and safely start a process of self-exploration and understanding. Through our work together I aim to support you to make positive changes in your life, by gaining a greater awareness of any potential beliefs that may no longer serve you and allowing for greater self-acceptance and more control over the decisions you make in your life.

My main approaches are Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.

Main areas of work

I have experience of working with a wide variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and self-confidence, trauma, loss, identity, childhood issues, abuse, anger, discrimination, family issues, work-related stress, loneliness, relationship problems.
