How I Work

I work in an affirming & non-judgemental way – creating a supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts & feelings. Where they can start to think about what they want to achieve – where they can begin to heal.

Key to my work with clients is helping them gain an awareness of the factors that may be causing them to feel the way they do – both on an individual level and societal. Having an understanding of the messages and behaviours in the wider world can often help individuals place the way they are feeling in a wider context.

Main areas of work

Low Self-esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Stress
Issues related to identity & belonging including those related to sexuality, gender, race & religion
