Individual: £80, Couples: £100, Family/Group (up to 5 people): £130. Concessions available.
How I Work
I provide a collaborative empathic tailored support for individuals, couples, and families who wish to relate differently to past life experiences, and/or proactively explore future life decisions. I am a systemic and family psychotherapist and practice integrative psychotherapy utilising training and over 15 years of experience working with individuals (adult and child), couples and families.
Main areas of work
I am experienced in a diverse range of services having supported those in need of help understanding their life in areas such as experiencing cultural differences, identity, grief, ambiguous loss, racial trauma, community trauma, relationship ruptures, connecting to and healing the inner-child and significant life change events e.g., diagnosis (for self and others), redundancy.

Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, Grief Recovery Method, NVR (Non-Violent-Resistance), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
