I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on what you need. My work is grounded in a person-centred philosophy, which places your experience, pace, and priorities at the heart of our sessions. I aim to create a calm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported, and gently encouraged to explore what matters most to you.
I bring self-compassion into the work — helping you move away from harsh inner criticism and towards a more understanding, respectful relationship with yourself. Whether you’re navigating a period of transition, feeling stuck, or simply needing a space to reflect, our work together is always collaborative and tailored to you.
I often work with gay women in their 30s who are exploring questions around identity, purpose, and life direction — though I welcome clients from all backgrounds who feel drawn to this kind of reflective and supportive space. I also support people dealing with stress, anxiety, indecision, or a lingering sense that something isn’t quite right, even when life looks fine from the outside.
I trained at the University of East London and Esher College, and I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow their ethical framework, which means I’m committed to offering a safe, respectful and confidential space for our work together.
