Fees
£75 to £90 individual sessions
£150 per month group sessions (sessions are weekly)
How I Work
I am an experienced psychotherapist and a group analyst, with many years of experience in Private Practice, the NHS and other statutory and voluntary sector organisations
I currently run a group on a Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm.
This is a long-term open-ended group which provides a safe, confidential space to explore your difficulties, develop your authentic self and make meaningful connections with others.
